I am Barbara "Bobbie" Garcia, an in-house representative exclusive to the Philippines’ Triple A Builder-Developer – DMCI Homes.

I am a graduate of one of the country’s premiere exclusive schools. I have been with DMCI Homes for close to four years – Top 3 overall amongst 600 agents for the year 2007, Top 10 overall for the year 2008, and I belong to the #1 Sales Team and the #1 Sales Division.

I would like to give you a brief background of the company I represent. DMCI is behind well-known landmarks in the Philippines such as the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Shangri-La, The Manila Hotel, The Pacific Plaza, Enchanted Kingdom, MegaMall and majority of the major structures in the Makati business district. DMCI was also the leading contractor of the world-famous Sultan’s Palace in Brunei.
